The product has received mixed reviews, with some customers praising its functionality and aesthetics, while others have encountered difficulties during installation and experienced issues with missing parts. One customer mentions that the sliding door works flawlessly and looks fantastic in their built-in wardrobe, attributing the successful installation to having a skilled handyman. However, another customer states that the measurements on the supplied instruction sheet are incorrect, making the installation process more challenging. They also mention that the J bracket mounting bolts are too long for a 1 3/8th door, highlighting the importance of double-checking and dry fitting. A French-speaking customer expresses satisfaction with the product's appearance but mentions that they are still waiting for a replacement roller. On the other hand, a frustrated customer shares that they have ordered the product twice and both times received incomplete packages. They have attempted to contact the manufacturer but have not received a response. In terms of durability, a customer who used the kit on their heavy woodshed barn doors mentioned that the hardware handled the weight well, with no twisting or sagging. However, a builder customer expresses disappointment with the quality of some of the pieces in the door kit, mentioning warping and poor quality wood. They had to supplement the kit with their own piece of wood to complete the installation. Overall, the WINSOON 305cm Sliding Door Track Heavy Duty Barn Double Door Sliding Kit offers a visually appealing solution for sliding doors. However, potential buyers should be aware of potential challenges during installation, such as incorrect measurements and missing parts.
