The Lacement Buttons for the PS5 Controller are designed as replacement parts aimed at users looking to repair or enhance their gaming experiences. However, customer feedback indicates a significant level of dissatisfaction. Many users reported that the buttons are incompatible with their controllers, specifically clarifying that they only fit certain models (BDM010, BDM020). This confusion has led some to feel misled about the product's applicability. Quality issues also plague these replacements, as multiple reviewers noted that the buttons do not fit properly within the controller, with some describing them as completely unworthy of use. Instances of defective parts arriving—such as bent plastic and broken buttons—were common complaints, further exacerbating users' frustrations. The overall workmanship was criticized; several customers found that the replacement sticks felt inferior to the original equipment, undermining the purpose of the purchase. Despite the intention behind the product, many users ended their reviews with strong negative sentiment, vowing not to purchase again due to their poor experiences. Overall, while the Lacement buttons are marketed as a repair solution, they have largely failed to deliver on quality, compatibility, and customer satisfaction. **
